Wine Glasses & Pint Glasses
The design is made using permanent professional grade vinyl which should last a minimum of 6 years if cared for properly. Hand wash only ... they can not go in a dishwasher. Caring for it this way will ensure the longest possible life of the glassware.

We ship via USPS Priority Mail and shipping times are approximately 2-3 days.
Most other items are shipped via USPS First Glass which has a delivery time frame of 4-7 days.
When will my order be shipped?
Our current turnaround time is 3-4 business days before shipping.
You can view your scheduled ship date by going into 'your account', then clicking 'purchases & reviews'. Once an order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation with tracking details. "Business days" are Monday thru Friday (excluding holidays) rather than actual calendar days.

What if my order arrived broken?
If your order arrives broken please send the following photos to us within 48 hours of receipt: proof of damage, interior packaging (bubble wrap, packing peanuts, etc.), and any damage to the box. We are not responsible for damage during transit, but will reship a replacement so long as the photos have been provided within the mentioned time frame.

What if I need to cancel my order?
You can cancel you order for a full refund within 24 hours. However after 24 hours but before shipment a refund can be issued minus cost incurred for labor and material already consumed. We reserve the right to issue partial refunds for orders cancelled after production has begun.
Personalized Option
Most glassware comes with the upgrade option to be personalized - name will be placed on the back side of the mug/glass. The font will coordinate with the font of the design. Be sure to add the Personalization Listing to your order and add the name/date/etc in the 'Notes to Seller' box when ordering and be sure to double check the spelling.
